Who we work with in Wales
Most of our work is with owner-managed businesses, professional services firms, manufacturers, care and education providers, charities and the suppliers to Welsh public bodies. Organisations in Cardiff and the wider Capital Region can meet us on site easily. For Swansea Bay, the Valleys, Mid Wales and North Wales, we start online and agree on-site days where they add value.
What is different about AI projects in Wales
- Bilingual services. If you deal with customers or service users in Welsh, any AI that drafts or answers for you has to handle Welsh well. Support varies between tools, so we test candidate tools with your own Welsh content before recommending them.
- Public sector supply chains. Many Welsh firms supply councils, health boards and other public bodies. Their procurement and data rules shape which tools you can use, so we check them at the start rather than after a pilot.
- Funded support. Business Wales and other public programmes offer advice and funding for digital projects. Programmes and eligibility change, so check current support directly with Business Wales. We can work alongside the support you already have.
- Small teams, big workloads. Most Welsh organisations we meet are small. That favours practical automation in tools you already pay for over large new platforms.
What we do
- AI readiness assessment. The free AI Readiness Audit scores you across strategy, data, talent, operations and governance, with a 30, 60 and 90 day plan.
- Technology stack review. The free AI Tech Stack X-Ray, then a free first consultation on the tools you already pay for.
- Automation and AI agents. Connecting your systems so information is captured once, and AI agents that draft, triage or answer routine questions inside clear limits.
- Microsoft Copilot readiness. Permissions, training and usage rules, on our Copilot readiness page.
- Training and hands-on delivery. AI workshops, a fixed-price Discovery Day, or a Personal Forward Deployed AI Engineer working alongside your team.

Evidence, not promises
InnovAItive Solutions Ltd is registered at Companies House (16186348) and was incorporated in January 2025. We were a finalist for Best Use of AI in Fintech at the Fintech Awards Wales 2026, and for Best Digital Transformation (Private Sector) at the Wales Technology Awards 2025. Our case-study library labels each page as client work, an illustrative approach or industry research, and we do not publish savings figures we cannot evidence.

Some handle Welsh well and some do not, and this changes quickly. We test the tools you are considering with your own Welsh content before recommending them.
